As part of our money-back guarantee, you have the option to return your item within 14 working days of receiving your order. To return an item, it (the item) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Unused product, intact and in perfect condition

• Returned in its original packaging in perfect condition

• Make the return request within 14 working days following receipt of your order via our contact form or at our email address:  contact.luxysab@gmail.com

• Present proof of purchase such as order number

RETURNS
Shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to inform us of your wish to return your order and send it back to us.

We are not responsible for the theft, loss or disappearance of packages. In this case, we will not be able to follow up on your refund request. Please contact us if you find yourself in this situation so that we can find a solution.

Each delivery is deemed to have been made upon the carrier making the Products available to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier. No dispute relating to the delivery itself will be possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's computer system being authentic. The Customer therefore has no recourse under warranty against the Seller in the event of failure to deliver the Products transported. The Products therefore travel at the Customer's risk.

REFUNDS
Once the item is received and inspected according to the criteria mentioned above, we will send you an email to confirm the decision of your refund request.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed promptly and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
In the event of an error on our part in your order, we undertake to cover the return costs which will be reimbursed upon receipt of the package. In accordance with the provisions of articles L-121 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal, and to return the product without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
